Pazza Bistro Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Very good. We went with it based on the reviews and the house made fresh pasta. Made the right choice. My wife had the chicken piccata. Some places will force the lemony flavor of capers by drowning the chicken with lemon juice, not here. Slightly breaded and capered perfectly. I wanted to test the homemade pasta. Does it really taste different? YES, it does. I had the the spaghetti with the homemade bolognes sauce & added shrimp. It was outstanding. My wife and I love Italian food & we like trying new places. This is in a strip mall, but don't let it deter you. Service is hard to judge on takeout. They were very attentive and friendly on the phone. I arrived a few minutes early and the manager offered me a complimentary beverage as I waited. Nice touch. They seem to be a pizza focused restaurant, but go for the garlic knots and fresh house made pastas. I highly recommend eating here.

Pazza Bistro is just as impressive as my favorite Pazza location that used to be in Gainesville, Florida (my hometown). So, I was so pleased to see this new location near my new house in one of the best locations in St Petersburg/Pinellas Park. Directly next to a big movie theater, even with an ice cream shop next door, there is really not much more needed for a perfect night out on the weekend. For those that have not yet visited Pazza, you are definitely missing out on something unique and affordable. All of the pastas and pizzas are homemade, and toothsome to prove it. Yet, the atmosphere is local, casual, and very inexpensive--- much like something you would find in a large city. Not a cafeteria, like the OG around the corner. The owners and some staff are from Monaco, so it is easy to taste the excellent quality and flavors of their food. Bordering France and very close to Italy, expect that sort of approach to the cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. You are paying a lower price for some classy Italian flavors here, with a European twist. Everything just tastes a little bit healthier to me. Maybe it is the simple ingredients used, everything is identifiable. Prices are low and there are not many large serving dishes over $10. Keep in mind that all dishes come with your choice of soup or salad, plus their mind-blowing garlic knots. Everything is made in-house and the flavors and care as there to prove it. I am still shocked at the low prices, and will continue to visit Pazza for lunch and dinner to support this remarkable business model.

This place is very nice. I first walked in and was immediately greeted by the waiter. He was very nice and took care of us well. The place seemed clean. Tiramisu was great and pizza was great as well.

This has become my guilty pleasure for Italian food! Everything is so good! The subs are fresh with fresh baked in house bread and the pasta and sauce are delicious! Treat yourself to some great food and a great price!

Went on Saturday evening with a party of 6. Service was awful - I'd give them 0 stars if I could. We were seated right away and given menus, but from there things went downhill. It was a half an hour before someone came to take our order and 15 minutes after that before they brought us drinks (4 waters, 2 sodas). The restaurant was fairly full when we came in, so I cut them some slack for that, but it had mostly cleared out after 20 minutes or so and things still didn't improve. Instead, servers seemed to coagulate around the pass from the kitchen and just stand there. The food, on the other hand, was delish! We had two fettuccini alfredos (one with Italian sausage), meat lasagna, spaghetti with garlic & olive oil and a spaghetti with white clam sauce. Meals came with small side salads and garlic knots. The caesar salad was typical, maybe a little heavy on the dressing. The spinach salad, though, was very good - spinach, red onions, kalamata olives, etc. with a balsamic dressing. The alfredo was my favorite entree - tender, flavorful housemade pasta with a thick creamy cheese sauce - it was rich, but I could have licked the bowl! The spaghetti with white clam sauce was a close second - the sauce was thin & garlicky with lots of clams and had a full dozen clams scattered over the top as well. The only weird thing was the spaghetti was mostly in small lengths - not overcooked, but more like it had been broken into 1 - 2 inch pieces before being cooked. It didn't affect the flavor of the dish at all - in fact, I kindof liked it - but it seemed odd. The lasagna was on the mild side & the flavors seemed well-balanced though it didn't really make a big impression one way or the other on me. Likewise the garlic & olive oil spaghetti. Prices seemed fair considering the pasta was housemade and the portions were big. Overall, in spite of the terrible service, I would probably return. Next time, though, I'd be more direct about attracting our server's attention and keeping the service rolling.

Walked by here dozens of times and never thought to come in. Decided to grab a quick bite though before our movie started. Was thinking it was like an order a slice at the counter and pay kind of restaurant--oops! Nope, were told to sit at any table and a server would be with us. We ordered some wings, a slice of pepperoni and a meatball sub. Wings were good. My son wanted honey BBQ. Very saucy! But the wings were naked and crispy-how I like 'em! My meatball sub was pretty awesome. Bread was soft and chewy and meatballs had nice flavor. I'm assuming my son enjoyed his slice of pizza as it disappeared pretty quickly. Service was great. Our server came by a lot to see how we were doing. I believe his name was Stephen..or at least that's what it says on my receipt. Food came out in ok time. There were some tasty looking dishes being brought out to the other tables. So..yeah, now I know what Pazza Bistro is about and will most likely be back in since we frequent Park Place a lot.

First time here and had the Stromboli, wow i was overly impressed. The sauce tasted fresh, the Stromboli had ham, sausage and pepperoni. Great service and fresh ingredients to happy customers. Look forward to coming back.

Came here one night because it is close to home and they offer coupons and take out. My longstanding opinion is that it's hard to mess up pizza. The pizza here was average at best. We ordered it to go and got the plain cheese pizza. It was slightly overcooked, but I didn't mind that so much. The pizza simply lacked good flavor in the sauce. I will give them credit for having a crispy crust, which I did enjoy. We also got an order of garlic knots. I liked that they were light and not doughy, but they were very buttery and the side sauce was also very bland. Overall, an average pizza place. I may be back in the future if they amp up their sauce recipe.

I write this review with a heavy heart as Pazza Bistro really was a unique place that offered something different. Unfortunately, new management has taken over and everything that made this place worth driving to is now gone. Instead of the fresh pasta with more varieties than most people can pronounce, they have been replaced with the standard, overcooked pasta offerings from every other pizza parlor. Gone are the inventive sauces, inferno pizza and spicy balsamic vinaigrette, all replaced by unremarkable and predictable dishes. Instead of focusing on the pasta, pizza is the main course now, with a heavy focus on subs and wings. It's like Westshore, with a fancier name. Truly a shame and I hope others are aware of the change before deciding to visit.

Perhaps the casual, modern idea is too fast forward for this area because I've never entered to a packed house despite its location next to a movie theater. (Pizza? Movies? Sounds like a match!). The food is excellent but I really don't think its location will help it. DELICIOUS FOOD Make your own Pasta by choosing from a handful of Noodles, select your Sauce, then choose some add-ons. My Tricolore Pasta with Fettucini and Italian Sausages was extremely creamy and flavorful. It was delicious but too much imbalance. I found myself wishing for more Bread or Noodles to balance out the immense flavor and presence of the sauce. The 12-inch "Art Pizza" was delicious. Containing Mozarella, Artichokes (had no flavor but added a great crunch),and Sausage all over a thin-but-not-crispy crust. A small Salad was also included and impressed me with its fresh diced Tomatoes, Cheese and my requested Spicy Balsamic Dressing - great blend of flavors. BUT PERHAPS THE PRICES... At $9-11, it's very possible to finish an entire Pizza on your own. The Pasta can also easily hover around $10. Although the food is great, it'll be difficult for this place to grab the movie theater crowd continuously because teens and families (demographic of the theater) aren't likely to spend that much per person per food. This place isn't very expensive, but it's probably higher than what that demographic would still like to spend.

Excellent food... OUTSTANDING service! Great dining experience - my entire party enjoyed the meal. We started with calamari and wings as an appetizer. Our group tried several dishes for the main course (chicken marsala, chicken piccatta, lasanga, pizza supreme, etc.) - all were delicious! Steve (our waitor) was very attentive, he took good care of us. Also, the owner came out to greet us and make sure we were satisfied and happy with our meal. All in all, everything was so good, none of us wanted to leave!! Make sure to put this restaurant on your list... You won't regret it!

This place is losing brownie points real fast on delivery. I am 10 minutes away. It takes 90 minutes for a salad, 10 wings and dessert?

This restaurant is located by Target and the Park Place Stadium movie theatre. It is a great little Italian bistro that serves primarily pasta and pizza. I would call the pizza ok but the pasta is what makes the restaurant a great place for a quick bite. They offer 7 different pastas of which 4 are made fresh in the restaurant (spaghetti, fettucine, papparedelle, whole wheat fettucine). My favorite is the spaghetti and eating freshly made pasta is way superior to dried or refrigerated pasta. You can choose from about 12 different sauces that are rich and so very flavorful. When I want to indulge, I go for the heavy and scrumptious Lobster Cream sauce. When I am trying to be a bit more sensible, I go for the Bolognese. The salads and pizza are good but not the best I have ever had. The pizza crust is very thin, which I like. You order at the counter and the server brings your meal to your table. If it is your first time here, I definitely recommend the pasta which is what sets this restaurant apart from others.

The best places are typically found in unassuming strip centers and this place did not disappoint. The gentleman who helped me decide upon what to order was incredibly sweet. I loved his Monaco accent too! I had a groupon so I needed to spend $20, which was great because it allowed me sample both the pasta AND the pizzas. I went with the fresca pizza which was a coal fired crust without any sauce but instead the garlic butter. It was topped with mozzarella and goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. Fantastic! For the pasta I went with the creamy portabella mushroom sauce on their homemade pappardelle noodle. Oh my! This is what pasta should taste like. Fresh and homemade. I loved it! I will definitely be back and am looking forward to trying their red sauces next time. I'm in love!

The new management added pizza by the slice and delivery!! Which is awesome :) It's really inviting, and super reasonable for the quality. I LOVED the caprese salad!! The Bianca pizza with fresh garlic added was out of this world good. Perfectly crispy, but not rock hard. Toppings stayed on nicely. Well balanced. Fresh tasting. Smelled wonderful :) If you've never been....GO! catch a movie and then wander next door and check it out. I like it much better than the old way because I hate being forced to buy a whole pizza when I just want a slice. So now I can! Huzzah! Read some reviews about the change in management and service issues but none so far and since I've been there three times this month I think I'd have noticed lol My friends meet up there once a week so anyway it's good :)

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The interiors are very well done and have a nice, contemporary feel to it. We were greeted immediately and told how the order system works. I chose the home made fettuccine pasta with the pesto Genovese sauce topped with chicken. My wife got the shrimp scampi. Both were delicious and I particularly loved the freshness of the pesto sauce. It's because of the fresh flavors and the fact that everything is made to order in front of you that I love places like this one. Will be back soon to get the yummy looking pizzas.

Had the cheese lasagna for lunch. Pretty good came with a choice of Salad or soup, and 2 garlic knots for $10.99. Today's special was $2.00 off pastas and dinner meals, so good deal for $8.99. Service was really good! Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Ended my meal with a piece of homemade N.Y. style cheesecake. Very good! I'll be back.

I really want to give this place a good review, but I just can't. Came here today on a Sunday and it was pretty slow. So I would have expected the service to be a lot better. It's under new management and last time I came here I was so happy with everything! This time I ordered a personal Bianca pizza (white pizza with ricotta and spinach) and I asked for them to put mushrooms on it. They forgot. It also took so long for our food to come out. We wanted to have wings as an appetizer but it didn't come out til we got our food and it took about 30 minutes for us to even get our food. The green tea they had was too watery and the syrup definitely needed to be changed. I also asked for water, and there were a lot of floating things in it.... and I didn't drink it because it looked gross. My boyfriend was pretty happy with their seafood pasta but I don't want to come back here ever. Only good thing I had was the garlic knots.

The side spinach salad was delicious with a balsamic vinagrette. My fiance ordered a Sicilian pepperoni pizza which was delicious and huge. I ordered the Baked ziti and it had lots of cheese. Waitstaff was great and kept our drinks full. Will definitely be back here! No complaints!

A brief internet search of Pazza Bistro told me that I was probably heading to one of those darkly lit mom and pop pasta places that have red and white checkered tablecloths with waiters speaking bad Italian as they bring out huge portions of boxed pasta and multiple courses of bread over a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Pazza Bistro is none of this. The tables are bare, no tablecloths anywhere in sight. The storefront had huge windows that, if it wasn't night, would've let tons of light in. The food wasn't family style portions from a box, it was all made in house (for all you carb lovers/Italian traditionalists, fret not, Pazza Bistro does indeed have multiple courses of bread). Pazza Bistro is a family owned business that had a vision of bringing freshly made pasta and sauces to families on the go. That meant they needed a product that was quick to make, fresh, and fit a family's budget. They make nearly all of their pasta, dressing and sauces in house. You can taste the difference. The pasta was silkier and softer than what you get from a box. It also had a more wheaty smell (I know, I wafted). Pazza Bistro offers you the option to take home their house made pasta for just 2 dollars a pound. Yep. You read that right. TWO DOLLARS A POUND! Pazza Bistro is a bit mix and match. They offer a number of classic sauces like Napoletana, Chili and Garlic, Alfredo, Pesto Genovese and Carbonara. They also have a few signature sauces including Bolognese, Creamy Pesto and Tricolore. You can pair these sauces with freshly made spaghetti, fettuccine, pappardelle or whole wheat fettuccine. Penne, gnocchi and gluten free pastas are available as well, they just aren't made in house. T Most of the people around me agreed that the clear win at Pazza Bistro is the whole wheat fettuccine with tricolore sauce. Pazza Bistro's tricolore sauce was created when the chef was experimenting and decided to mix pesto, with alfredo and Napoletana. To finish it off, he then topped it with goat cheese. I was impressed with the whole wheat pasta. It was nothing like the weird textured stuff I've been served previously by boxes/other restaurants. Pazza Bistro also have a number of pizzas on tap. These include vegetarian one that was topped with Artichokes, Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach. The crust of the pizza was really good. It was nicely charred on the bottom but not to the point where it lost its doughiness inside. That is what a good pizza crust should be. For spicy fans there is also the Inferno Pizza. The Inferno Pizza is made by covering a crust with tomato based hot sauce (made in house of course). It is then covered by chopped jalapenos and habaneros. Another hot sauce, this one made with the dreaded ghost chili, is drizzled over top. The pizza is then sprinkled with ghost pepper powder. To properly complete the Inferno challenge and get your face on the Wall of Flame you need to finish the entire pizza in twenty minutes making sure that you lick both the pan and your fingers clean of any sauce/toppings. You are permitted only one glass of water during the twenty minutes and you have no access to a napkin. I was able to eat one slice (and I drank an entire glass of water just to combat it). My method? Shove it all in there before the hot hits. On the dessert menu, Pazza Bistro offers a minimal amount of desserts. One they do offer is a nutella pizza. This crust is cooked slightly less than their regular pizza so that it is more pillowy and soft. It is then covered by a nutella sauce and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Despite the fact that it is across the bay and a long way from where I live, I will be back to Pazza Bistro. J-Fur loves fresh pasta and she scarfed down what I brought home, so it will be fun to give her a taste of the restaurant. I would like to try some of the dishes, pizza and salad mainly, with my own eating style attached (are they any good without cheese?). As it is now, Pazza Bistro isn't great for someone who doesn't eat dairy. But it is awesome for vegetarians, celiacs, cheese lovers, meat lovers, seafood fans and hot sauce aficionados. If you fall into any of those categories, I recommend you give Pazza Bistro a try. Even Italian traditionalists will find something that they like. Just remember to bring your own checkered tablecloth.

Great homemade pastas! I must have walked by this place a ton of times while going to the movie theaters and did not even think twice. I was hit hard by a fettuccine alfredo craving and looked up places close by on yelp. This place popped up and after skimming a couple great reviews I decided to give it a try. It is right next to the movie theater. We spent a good couple of minutes driving around trying to figure out where it is located until it hit me it was probably the place that we've passed a million times. It is an order at the front and they will bring the food to you place. Not pretentious at all. I would call it a step above fast food, and I love that. Most of the pasta is homemade and they explain which ones are at the register (they import a couple types). They have a great variety of sauces and I can't wait to try more! I tried the Fettuccine Alfredo. The pizzas come with a salad. My fiance got the pepperoni pizza. That could have fed both of us! I'm actually eating a slice for lunch right now. It is thin crust and delicious. You can tell the pasta is homemade and it is to die for! This is my favorite fettuccine alfredo place now. Honestly, give this place a try and you will not be disappointed!

I've been to Pazza several times and have always enjoyed good food and good service. It is now under new management, the original menu that I loved is gone, and my pasta was under cooked. Huge disappointment.

Overall, this restaurant has a lot of potential that could be reached in the longrun. I ordered a pizza which met my expectations ,however it was missing flavor. My fiancee ordered shrimp scampi red sauce pasta and was heavily loaded with garlic. I think another reviewer mentioned the same issue. The sauce and pizza need a little bit more attention. I would be willing to give it another try in the future.

My daughter and I shared the Napoli 12" pizza and we loved the crispy thin crust and the fresh well-seasoned toppings with a drizzle of good quality balsamic vinaigrette. We also enjoyed the fettuccine with lobster sauce. My husband who loves meat on his pizza found his carne pizza too spicy. Nice decor. Attentive staff. Will go back again to try their other pizzas and will recommend to friends.

I wish this place were better, because it would be a really convenient location for me, but it's just not that good. My most recent trip here I decided to go with a turkey provolone sub since I had tried the pizza before and was unimpressed. The turkey was waterlogged (probably previously frozen) causing the bread to quickly become mushy. Not good. Took 10 minutes or so, which isn't outlandish, but Jersey Mike's at the other end of the plaza would have been way quicker (and much better, fresher ingredients). In other words, with all the other above average lunch choices in walking distance (chipotle, panera, jersey mike's, even chik-fil-a), I can't justify coming back here.

I've been meaning to write this review as I tried the food here a while ago with a group of friends. It was a great opportunity to try a lot of great offerings by Pazza. Almost everything is made in house, as someone who makes their pasta, pizza dough and sauces, I truly appreciate. The interior is nice, lit well, and clean. Not your stereotypical Italian feel. Started with some tasty cheese bread, which was wonderful. Pizzas we ate were the Quattro Formaggi, Fresco, The Inferno and a Nutella Dessert. My favorite was the Fresca which had mozzarella, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. So tasty. The Inferno was hot as Hell and I felt quite accomplished for eating A piece. I don't think my body could stand me if I had piece number two! The pastas you are able to mix and match type of pasta with type of sauce. I actually liked their whole wheat pasta the best and I'm not usually a fan, probably because the only time I get it is from a box. I will definitely have to make my own whole wheat now. The Tricolore sauce is a trio of sauces (pesto, alfredo, and Napolentana with goat cheese) combined to make one super sauce. It's the Voltron of the sauce world. The Lobster Sauce was another great option, had some nice shrimp in the sauce. They also sell their pasta (per pound) and sauce (by the container) for very fair prices! Service was attentive and pleasant. All of our questions were answered. They have a few good craft beers on hand as well in bottles. I had a Sweetwater 420 and a Victory Golden Monkey. Wine is also available. Overall, this place has a good thing going. Fresh sauce, fresh pasta, and a fresh space. I just hope that other people realize it and come here.

Don't be mislead by the shopping strip center location! This place was yummy yummy! Simple interiors, good service. The pasta is freshly made (except the penne) and there is a wide variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. I had the pappardelle with telefono sauce (a cheesy tomato concoction). I was more than satisfied and would certainly return.

Run away!! Awful service and average food. Stopped in with my wife and daughter as I got off work early. We sat right away as it was only 4pm and ordered. It took a little longer than I felt it should to get salad and garlic knots but the creamy parmesan dressing was really good. The garlic knots were fresh as well. That is where it went south. My wife ordered spaghetti bolognese and my daughter just had a side of spaghetti and tomato sauce. I ordered a chicken parmesan hero/sub that never came. A different waitress delivered the food and I asked where my sub was...she went back to the counter and I heard "I forgot, what do you want me to do?" Seriously dude? We're the only ones in the restaurant first of all and we can hear you clear as day!! Our waitress came back and said they were getting it going and it should only take 5-7 minutes. This was about 45 minutes later and actually at that point I wasn't hungry anymore. I asked her to cancel. After that she only came back when I raised my hand and held it up in the air to get some napkins and more water. I assume she knew we were not happy but I didn't blame her. She talked with the other counter help the rest of the time. I was disappointed because all the waitress had to do was just be attentive...after that I only left 5% which I hate doing. Definitely skip this place, pasta was overcooked and really oily. The regular tomato sauce was oily too. Can't tell you how the subs were :)

We have passed Pazza Bistro many times on our way to the movies and today after the movie decided to give them a try. Placed our order at the counter for there special meatball pizza, an order of fettuccine alfredo, salad with cesar dressing and garlic bread. Sat down and a few minutes later our salad was out. The salad was fresh (i appreciated that they asked if you want onions as I always forget to leave them off); however the dressing was a bit of a disappointment. Not disgusting just underwhelming and lacking flavor. The garlic bread was very good with a lot of garlic on it. Would have liked it to come with the salad but not the end of the world. The pizza was very good. Ingredients were fresh and had a crisp crust, but will skip it next time for more of the pasta. The pasta was amazing. Such a big difference getting fresh pasta instead of dry. The sauce was great also but honestly you could have poured canned sauce and this pasta would have made it taste good....did i mention there fresh past is amazing!

In a plaza full of chain restaurants, Pazza Bistro was quite a surprising spot! Potentially hard to find, they are located in The Shoppes Shoppes at Park Place very close to the Regal Cinema, so park that way to enjoy some of the freshest and tastiest of Italian you can find. They are known as Fresh Casual Italian, and you can taste that with each bite. Their concept of ordering is like many spots I see popping up. You order at a counter and then someone brings your meal. Dining with a group, I was able to sample a number of dishes. My favorite eats were their Italian Salad {tomatoes, mozzarella, prosciutto, artichokes and parmesan flakes}, Quattro Formaggi pizza {tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, goat cheese and parmesan}, and Tricolore pasta {pesto, alfredo and napolentana combined with goat cheese}. Everything was very good, and reasonably priced. While I enjoyed the pizza, and salad, for the the pasta was the winner for the evening. I can't wait to go back for more carb loaded goodness. We were told that most everything is homemade in house, and you can totally tell. Service was stellar. If you're in the area, I recommend Pazza Bistro for a great Italian meal!

I absolutely love Pazza Bistro. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the staff is ultra friendly, and the prices are more than reasonable. I am a huge fan of the cheese bread. All of the pizzas I have tried have been delicious, my favorite is the Quattro Formaggi. All pizzas are thin crust, 12", and come with a nice side salad. The pastas and sauces are all handmade, the best is any kind (spaghetti, fettuccine, pappardelle) drenched in the house lobster sauce. My favorite salad is the Italian (tomatoes, mozzarella, prosciutto, artichokes, and parmesan flakes-yum!) I also love the location, it is right next to the Regal Park Place theater. I go to the movies there a lot, this is a nice Italian option in the area.

Good concept and location but employees outnumber patrons so they kind of hover too much, the food is just ok, and it's a little overpriced for the quality - and I heard them charge another customer for salad dressing.

Note: review is for 3.5 stars. Nice surprise here tonight on our first trip! Pizza was thin crust, small, if you had a medium appetite, enough for two. We decided if there was a weak link in this pizza, it was with the sauce; somewhat bland, but if you are like us, the quality of the crust and cheese rates more importantly. You also get a medium sized, no frills salad --we had it with Spicy vinaigrette and it was YUMMY, considered trying to bribe the recipe out of someone there. Also got some decent garlic bread on the side, two waters, and our bill was less than $12; cheap date indeed! You'll pay more for one ticket at the movies next door! The service consisted of a couple of bored high schoolers and one friendly looking pizza guy; we were fine with that as the jazzy satellite music that is playing would probably ALSO cause us to be relatively comatose after a four hour shift, too, so we strongly recommend improvements on that. Overall, enjoyable experience and good food on a tight budget. Will return!

I came here last night while waiting for a movie at the theater next door. I must say, despite the reviews, I was disappointed. I ordered the arrabiata with penne, and could literally taste nothing but garlic and crushed red pepper. It was overwhelming. I didn't finish my meal. The pasta was cooked nicely, but I really didn't enjoy my sauce, and neither did the others I dined with who got the pesto genovese and penne alfredo respectively. Their cheesy bread was quite delicious, though. I just wouldn't suggest the pasta.

Pazza Bistro is located in the plaza at Hwy US 19 and Park Blvd. The location is a very good location because it is next to the movie theatres and a large number of outdoor shops. The ambiance is pretty much quick and functional with some outdoor dining. I particularly did not care for this place. The "quick and functional" comment probably describes this place best. I felt like I was eating mall pizza as it came out oozing with grease and my order included extra sausage at an extra charge. I usually don't mind paying extra but when you get something different (mushrooms) it makes for an unpleasant experience.

Grade C This is an interesting concept that needs a little tweaking. It's a casual spot next to the movie theater. Walking in we were greeted by a friendly server behind the counter who explained the menu which was displayed on a digital screen. At first I thought it was a touch screen for ordering, but it was just a display. Since we were the only customers this was not an issue, but I wonder how it would work if there were more customers wanting to order. The server explained that most of the pasta is house made and the pizzas are all personal size. We were here for lunch and wanted to share a pizza, but decided to order one margarita and one meatball. They included a salad which was fresh and generous. The pizza was okay...the crust had a good flavor, the sauce was heavy on the garlic which made me a bit self conscious during my movie date luckily he had the same, could have used a bit more cheese, the meatballs were similar to the frozen bagged variety. Overall, I'm not sure I would return with so many other choices in the area.

This place is near my house and I've eaten here quite a few times. I figured it was time for a review. Their homemade pastas are amazing and so fresh tasting! I've tried them with the bolognese, Pazza, creamy pesto and lobster sauces. I just had the lobster for the first time tonight; I think it's my fav! And the bread...ohh, the bread! The brick oven pizza is great, too. And I'm picky about pizza. I've had the Pomo and Pazza pizzas. The crust was crispy and not soggy at all, but still tender at the same time. I haven't ventured into the specialty salads yet, but I like the side salad. The dressing especially.

Great pizza and pasta!fresh ingredients they use for everything.Very pleasant people. Don't order anything like just pepperoni or one ingredient pizzas. Try the carne or something different. Great chicken. Fettucini Alfredo. You pick ur own type of pasta too.

I don't hand out 5-star reviews everyday, but this place really impressed me. This ain't your grandfather's stuffy and overpriced joint that looks like it came right out of central casting for the Sopranos, that is, no white or checkered tablecloths, no snotty waiters affecting bad Italian accents, no Sinatra blaring from the speakers. It's also not fast food, and even though it's located around a mall, this is far superior to food court fare. Ordering is done at the counter, the dining room is simple, the kitchen is open, and the pop is self-serve from a fountain. A few bottled beers and specialty soft drinks are also available. You pick your sauce, pasta, and toppings and can add sides if you wish. The pappardelle with garlic chili sauce really woke up the taste buds and nearly made my nipples hard. I chose a side salad with their house dressing, which also had a good bite. The wood-fired pizzas have a cracker thin crispy crust, and can be customized to your taste. Since I like spice, I may try the "Inferno Challenge" when I go back....supposedly the hottest pizza in the universe. The atmosphere isn't fancy, but you aren't eating the atmosphere. It's clean and casual. Everything is made fresh to order, and the service was primo. Ciao Bella, indeed!

Not only is there a perfect spot before or after a movie, it's a quality Italian restaurant that is reasonably priced and super tasty. (Bonus points for being a family owned business!) I have had a chance to try 4 of the pizzas. They include a side salad. The cheesy garlic bread is AMAZING! It's soft and pillowy with just the right ratio of cheese and garlic. The pastas are homemade daily, and there are lots of different sauces to choose from - including a super tasty lobster sauce. Pazza Bistro also has an Inferno pizza that is not for the faint of heart. It is a foodie challenge with some super hot peppers. I wouldn't eat this pizza if you paid me because I am a wimp when it comes to peppers, but if you're a connoisseur of spice, it's perfect for you. They have a video on rotation on their Wall of Flame where you can watch past attempts to conquer the Interno pizza challenge.

Great service, fantastic pie; I had the carne (meat supreme)... Try the spicy balsamic on your side-salad. Highly recommended.

Pizzas are very good, fresh ingredients and tastes. Drawback is they only come in one size-which is about the size of a bar pie in NJ. As good as the pizzas are, their salads are even better. Prices are reasonable. Smiling, helpful staff. Good for dates or family meals. Strongly recommend.

I enjoyed this restaurant. It has a casual atmosphere, the employees are helpful and attentive. The pizza ingredients are fresh and the serving size is more than enough for one person. I would definitely go back.

Dined in at Pazza Bistro recently. Very clean atmosphere and the staff had happy faces. The pizza was out of this world! So delicious, and was made pretty quickly. Great for families and those who enjoy real quality pizza. I will definitely return!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
